Bloom Fresh Vegan Tartar

1/2 cup of Bloom Fresh Pomegranate seeds 

1 ripe avocado peeled, pitted and cubed
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Small dash of salt and pepper
Half of a peeled and thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 of a lemon squeezed
Ring mold (optional)


  1. Toss avocado, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and pomegranate seeds in a mixing bowl and toss.
  2. Using the ring mold, layer cucumbers, then avocado mixture and repeat. Top with pomegranate seeds before serving. If you don’t have a ring mold, you can use a small bowl and follow same instructions.
