1/2 cup BloomFresh pomegranate arils

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mango sorbet
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)


  1. In a blender, combine the pomegranate arils and coconut milk. Blend on high, 10-25 seconds or until blended.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high 5-10 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
