These no bake granola bars are delicious and easy! With only a few ingredients and easy assembly you can make any combination you want! Here we used chocolate and pomegranate for a tangy, sweet mix!
1/3 cup of Bloom Fresh Pomegranate Arils
2 cups rolled oats
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1 cup of honey
1/4 cup crushed almonds
1 teaspoon salt
Stir all ingredients (except chocolate) in a large bowl, the mixture will feel a little dry but that’s how it’s supposed to be! Lay down a piece of parchment paper into a baking dish (I used 9×11). You can use the back of a spatula or another baking dish pushing down to get the mixture even.
Refrigerate for 3 hours and cut into bars. Microwave the chocolate chips in a bowl. Drizzle with melted chocolate. If you don’t have a pastry bag you can use a spoon and slowly drizzle the chocolate over the bars. These can be served immediately, or kept in the fridge for an on-the-go snack.
