Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Cocktail

Bloom Fresh Pomegranate Arils

2 cups of gin
1/4 cup of lemon juice or lemonade
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bloom Fresh Rosemary sprigs


  1. Boil 1 cup of water in small pot, add sugar. When sugar dissolves add 2 sprigs Rosemary. Let sit aside and cool your simple syrup.
  2. Remove rosemary sprigs. Add gin, simple syrup, lemon and pomegranate juice to shaker. Pour over ice in individual cups.
  3. Top with club soda, a sprig of Rosemary and pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
