Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Cocktail

Bloom Fresh Pomegranate Arils
2 cups of gin
1/4 cup of lemon juice or lemonade
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bloom Fresh Rosemary sprigs
- Boil 1 cup of water in small pot, add sugar. When sugar dissolves add 2 sprigs Rosemary. Let sit aside and cool your simple syrup.
- Remove rosemary sprigs. Add gin, simple syrup, lemon and pomegranate juice to shaker. Pour over ice in individual cups.
- Top with club soda, a sprig of Rosemary and pomegranate arils. Enjoy!
