Prosciutto and Brie Crostini with Blackberry Jam and Pomegranate

Bloom Fresh Pomegranate Arils

1 Baguette
8 slices of Prosciutto
Block of Brie Cheese
8 teaspoons of Blackberry Jam


  1. Heat broiler on high. Arrange sliced baguette on baking sheet in oven, drizzle each slice with olive oil.
  2. Bake 2 minutes.
  3. Assemble ingredients on bread first cheese, then smear jam, top with prosciutto and pomegranate. Enjoy!
